Philippe JeanRichard AG ships its products by DHL Express, within 3 working days after the product has been tailored. International delivery times are 2-3 working days. Production times are between 3-5 weeks on average. Obstacles like customs clearance or accidents during delivery can cause delays. If a customer has ordered an express delivery and Philippe JeanRichard AG cannot deliver on time, the customer is entitled to a refund of the surcharge for the express delivery.
